London four-piece, Telegram have announced a UK headline tour to coincide with the release of their eagerly awaited and eponymously titled debut album in February 2016.
The band kick off the twenty date run with a show on the 11th of February at the Hare and Hounds in Birmingham and then finish up in London at the Moth Club in Hackney on Thursday the 3rd of March.
Prior to the tour next year, they will play at Liverpool Music Week on the 28th of October, a headline show at The Lexington in London on the 7th of November and then a spot at Eddie Temple-Morris' 'Psychedelic Smithsonian' night at the Clapham Grand on the 12th of December 2015.
Formed just over two years ago, the Telegram line up of Matt
Saunders (vocals / guitar), Oli Paget-Moon (bass) and Jordan Cook (drums)
have recently recruited new guitarist Pip Stakem to the fold.
Effortlessly combining a love of Roxy, Barrett, krautrock and late proto-punk to great effect, they've built up an ever growing fanbase of critics and public alike with extensive touring and a clutch of fantastic seven inch singles such as 'Follow', 'Regatta', 'Inside Outside' and most recently 'Aeons'.
A stunning set of songs, the album will more than confirm Telegram's early promise as one of the most exciting bands around right now.
