Born and raised in Watford, British-Indian singer-songwriter Kayla Grace started posting original music on TikTok back in 2020 during the pandemic. Shortly after this, she released her debut 'Bird in a Cage' and has been honing her craft since with the likes of Gez O'Connell (Dua Lipa, Dermott Kennedy), Nick Atkinson & Edd Holloway (Lewis Capaldi) and Hugo Silvani (Pale Waves). She's released singles including 'nobody loves me', 'pork pies' & 'fifteen again' which won the fans over of The 1975 after Matty Healy himself shared her on his socials.
Already receiving support from the likes of BBC Introducing, Radio 1's Mollie King & Jack Saunders & Spotify's New Pop UK, Peach & New Music Friday.
People are quickly taking notice of her dreamy tone and skill for writing relatable, sweet/sour songs that speak to her generation.
