    Phaeleh: Free Download Album 'Somnus'

Phaeleh has always been highly regarded for his emotionally resonant atmospheres. Here he delivers a highly overdue beatless long-player honed from found sound from the last 10 years, made on portable minidisc recorders, cameras, phones and anything else with a mic. Influences from Brian Eno, Aphex Twin and Global Communication seep through the cracks on his most uncompromising work to date. Here Phaeleh wears the 'Somnus' genome on his sleeve "For example Eleven is definitely informed by the work of Pierre Schaeffer, Jonty Harrison and Simon Atkinson I hope you can hear that". The album also leans on the utilitarian use of his music, on how his fanbase use his music to soundtrack specific aspects of their lives from child birth (we have the video evidence) to life celebrations:
"After the amazing feedback to the iD slumber sessions mix, and so many years of people saying they'd revise to it, sleep to it, get therapy to it, I thought it might be a nice idea to put together a collection of some of these tracks, which up to this point, were just for personal consumption."

'Somnus' is a mediative work for you to use to find a gap in pace to todays info cascade.

    Henry Krinkle: New Single 'Stay'

'Stay' is the incredible future house dance track from talented producer Henry Krinkle. First surfacing in 2012, 'Stay' made serious waves amongst the dance circuit, amassing a remarkable 30 million views on YouTube. Quickly establishing itself as a captivating summer-ready anthem, 'Stay' has now summoned a release on dance music's leading labels, Relentless / Ultra.

Estonian-born Henry Krinkle began creating music in his bedroom whilst teaching in Shanghai. A well-travelled background, coupled with a thirst for knowledge, laid the foundations for Krinkle's impeccable taste for innovate productions. With notable influences coming from the UK's experimental post-dubstep scene, Henry soon began to introduce a new sound to the nightlife of Shanghai and with that, he crafted 'Stay'.

Opening with a soft synth, 'Stay' unravels with an understated kick drum and sensual melody. As the track steadily builds, re-pitched vocals from Alicia Keys,' 'Unthinkable' make for a compelling listen after being officially cleared by the Grammy-award winning singer herself.

Taking cues from the likes of fellow up and coming producers such as Cyril Hahn, Karma Kid and XXYYXX, Henry Krinkle is another name to add to the ever growing list of producers taking contemporary house music by storm. Now residing in LA, he has performed everywhere from impromptu Philadelphia rooftop parties to big rooms in Miami. Tours of Europe, Canada and USA have all shaped his ever-growing following, with support also coming from the legendary Pete Tong and Digital Soundgirl B-Traits.
Recent highlights include a headline set at the Temple tent at Bestival, as well as performing a key slot at Hard Day Of The Dead festival in LA alongside dance music superstars Calvin Harris, Deadmau5 and Eric Prydz.

Kicking off remix duties for an upcoming package is founding Dirtybird member Justin Martin, who adds a distinct twist of bass to 'Stay' whilst maintaining the hazy groove of the original. Anonymous techno producer and lover of vinyl Adesse Versions provides a slice of 90's underground with his remix by introducing a seriously groovy bassline, whilst Kolsch transforms 'Stay' into a massive techno track with a pounding synth.
British newcomer Three Bar completes the remix bundle by offering up a bumpier house production, resulting in a refined package, where each remix offers something unique to the dance floor.

Henry has also released a steady flow of remixes for established producers including Le Youth's 'C O O L' or Joel Compass' 'Astronaut' over the past two years as his career continues to blossom. With the remix package already in the works featuring Justin Martin, Kolsch, Adesse and Three Bar, expect 'Stay' to enjoy lots of rotation on dance floor throughout summer ahead of its release on 28th September.
    Pre-order on iTunes.

Slow Hands: Debut EP On Wolf + Lamb

It's been a long time coming, the debut Slow Hands' EP 'Everything (We Are)' on Wolf + Lamb Records. Yes, you read that right, this is the first EP to be released by the long time W+L artist, Slow Hands.

Known to his friends & family as Ryan Cavanagh, the native Vermonter has maintained a career as both a live musician, and DJ through a consistent release of singles and remixes for W+L, as well as Permanent Vacation, K7, and Bedrock to name a few. With 'Everything (We Are)', Cavanagh sets out to deliver a preview of the diversity that will be expressed in the great number of songs set to be released in the coming year, and longly anticipated LP.

The organic foundation is laid early with the funk fueled 'Miss White'. A song steered by it's live rhythm section, vocals, guitar, as well as it's elaborate arrangement. 'Second Fiddle', a staple in Slow Hands' recent live sets, is the very epitome of his traditional verse/chorus composition style over loose and energetic beats. The EP slows tempo with it's title ballad 'Everything (We Are)', a display of Cavanagh's recently discovered raw vocals, and a powerfully emotional chorus, reinforced by the vocals of Dave Robertson.

Robertson, more widely known as Cameo Culture, who also acts as co-producer, and musician on this release, concludes the EP with a compelling rendition of the title song. Driving things home with a more rock inspired re-harmonization of 'Everything (We Are)', Robertson augments what will be the theme of all forthcoming Slow Hands' releases; organics, musicianship, and diversity.

DJ Die & Dismantle: Present Diemantle

Brighton's Dismantle and Bristol legend Die have come together to deliver a sure fire club roller. A collaboration between the former Full Cycle don and current Gutterfunk label boss and the Digital Soundboy youngster was always going to catch people's attention and 'Over The Edge' does the duo every bit of justice.

The pair raised the eyebrows of the scene on Rinse FM in mid-May as they dropped the 'Diemantle' smasher for the first time on radio. It's since seen BBC Radio 1 spins from Annie Mac, Skream, Toddla T, Benji B and is being hammered in the club.

With neither producer one to be pigeon holed but both cemented firmly in the UK bass music fraternity, each has stamped their unique style on this dark and heavy roller that's sending clubs across the country bouncing.

Due to be released on Shy FX's Digital Soundboy label and with solid support from the likes of Redlight, Zinc, Shy and key specialist DJs at radio the heat is already building strongly for what is sure to be a summer dance floor smash.
    Released 24th August, pre-order below.

    Wilkinson: New Single 'Dirty Love'

Wilkinson is back with a brand new single -- 'Dirty Love' featuring Talay Riley which will be released, through RAM / Virgin EMI on the 22nd September!

Wilkinson will premiere the track on Mistajam's 1Xtra show for a worldwide exclusive 14/07/14, and there will be remixes coming from TC, BMB Spacekid, No Artificial Colours and Mark Knight over the next few weeks. Wilkinson has created some of the world's biggest club hits over the past 12 months, and recently tipped the huge milestone of over 1 million downloads and streams across all of his singles.

Wilkinson has successfully put Drum & Bass back on the map as a genre not to be reckoned with, and with Katy B, Naughty Boy, Wretch 32 and Angel Haze collaborations in place, it is no wonder everyone is talking about this multi talented producer and DJ. With Top 10 smash single Afterglow reaching 20 million views online, and top 25 charting Half Light making a huge impression on the festival masses, its not surprising next single 'Dirty Love' already has people excited.

Guy Gerber & Diddy: Listen To 'My Heart'

Fittingly the first track to be released from the long awaited '11 11' collaboration between Guy Gerber and Diddy is 'My Heart'. A glimpse into the beating soul of the project, 'My Heart' is an intimate and intricate slice of the album's electronic futurism, an exciting glimpse at what's to come.

'11 11' is a realization of worlds colliding and 'My Heart' embodies this disruption - from the early exchange of sultry bass and euphoric rhythm guitars, a rap to "invite the morning" followed by Diddy's delicately distorted other worldly refrain of "In my heart, I'm scared" to Gerber's beautiful chorus of synths, 'My Heart' sounds like nothing else, it's an exploration of the conflicting forces that drew two unique individuals together.

Guy and Diddy's collaboration was not born out of opportunism, indeed it's dismissive of the current main-stage malaise, and was germinated before the current electronic explosion; '11 11' is collaborative and combative, an expression of two outsized creative personalities unfettered, unfiltered, fearless, raw, and after four years of work, here for your enjoyment.

Goldie: To Release Triple CD 'Masterpiece'

Goldie will release a three-CD Masterpiece mix through Ministry Of Sound on August 18th.

The Metalheadz man will follow other dance music luminaries - Fabio & Grooverider, David Rodigan, Francois K, Gilles Peterson and Carl Craig among them-in overseeing a Masterpiece compilation. In keeping with the series, Goldie's mix is spread across three discs: 'The Alpha', 'Journeyman' and Headzville.

The Alpha comprises Goldie's early inspirations (Junior Murvin, Terry Callier, Serious Intention, Radiohead, Soul II Soul), while 'Journeyman' homes in on classic drum & bass (Zero B, Nookie, Egyptian Empire, Roni Size.) 'Headzville' is devoted to material from Goldie's own label, Metalheadz, with dBridge, Commix and Jubei among those featured.

"Most of these tracks have been inspiring to me in some shape or form" Goldie told RA. "They're part of my life." The full tracklist will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Ministry Of Sound will release 'Masterpiece: Goldie' on August 18th, 2014.
