Slowdive: Two Nights At Kentish Town Forum London

Slowdive, currently playing high profile festival dates worldwide, have confirmed two shows in London to end their remarkable reformation year at the Forum in Kentish Town on 19th and 20th December. The dates mark the band's return to London where their first official show in twenty years, at Village Underground in May of this year, sold out in three minutes. These will be the only Slowdive dates in Europe following current festival performances.

Over the course of 2014, Slowdive will have played to audiences in Europe, including an emotional first festival performance at Barcelona's Primaverasound to 25,000 people, the USA, Japan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Following a re-appraisal of their three studio albums from their disbandment in 1995, Slowdive have become a major influence on a host of contemporary acts with the likes of Mogwai and Arcade Fire amongst others getting in touch with the band. Prior to these dates, Slowdive will return to the USA in October for their first nationwide tour in twenty years.
