East India Youth: New Single & Video 'Beaming White'
Today, East India Youth unveils the video to his brand new single 'Beaming White'. The track is the first to be released since his now critically acclaimed second record, 'Culture Of Volume' came out on XL Recordings earlier this month. The video, directed by Mathy & Fran sees East India Youth confined to the claustrophobic surroundings of a car in the darkness, slowly enveloped by an increasing amount of mysterious bodies.

"William Doyle's second album as East India Youth further proves his exceptional skill for marshalling strange, intriguing ideas into coherent, accessible pop music" - The Guardian

NAO: New 'February 15' EP
Following her arrival last year with the infectious 'So Good', NAO announces her new EP 'February 15', set to be released digitally through her own label Little Tokyo Recordings on May 1st and physically via Dummy Records.
Continuing the theme of her first EP NAO combines cutting edge groove-led production with classic R'n'B / soul melodies but 'February 15' feels like a step up for the native Londoner. The synths and electronic drums remain but guitars and live bass play a bigger role on this record; "I'm a big fan of live instrumentation. It's the same as a voice to me, it captures emotion and an energy totally unique to your song. The likes of Prince & Chaka Khan are amazing for that."
With no record deal and no marketing budget, the success of NAO's debut EP came as quite a shock. Two days after she uploaded the title track to Soundcloud, 'So Good' found its way to Zane Lowe, which started a chain of events that would shape the year for NAO. Following his 'Next Hype' play the track started to gain a momentum and life of its own - leading to a #1 on HypeMachine, #4 on the iTunes electronic chart, a BBC 1XTRA playlist and 1.5 million plays on Soundcloud. She then went on to sell out her first two London shows in a matter of days and was asked to join Little Dragon on their 22-date European tour.
After working tirelessly over the past few months in a small Stoke Newington studio NAO hopes her second EP can have an even bigger impact.
She says "This is a more musical record. It's a proper record. I really hope it resonates with music lovers and musicians all over the world."- Contact

Wolf Alice: Biggest UK Tour To Date
Following a breathtaking start to 2015, which has so far taken in sold-out tours across North America, Europe and the UK, North London's Wolf Alice are now set to follow the festival season with their biggest tour to date this September, including a homecoming show at the prestigious Brixton Academy on the 26th.
The announcement follows the band sharing their new single 'Bros' - which fizzes and bubbles right from the off atop a frolicking drum beat and is an infectious ode to the elation that only truly great friendships can bring you; a euphoric moment dedicated to "everyone who's ever had a friend, and for those who haven't" - and comes ahead of the release of their debut album 'My Love Is Cool' on June 22nd.
From the enormous riffs of 'Giant Peach' to the muffled, urgent melodies of 'Lisbon' and hip-hop rhythms of 'Silk', 'My Love Is Cool' is a masterful, explorative statement of Wolf Alice's multiple characters.
Equal parts gigantic guitars and wistful, wilting beauty, 'My Love Is Cool' is a timeless collection of songs that outweighs any preconceived notions of what Wolf Alice are, or can be. The ambitions of Ellie Rowsell (guitar/vocals), Theo Ellis (bass), Joff Oddie (guitars) and Joel Amey (drums/vocals) are now fully realised in stunning widescreen.Tickets for Wolf Alice's September tour will be on sale from Friday 1st May.

See their artist page for details.

The single, taken from their recent top 10 debut album, 'Young Chasers' which was released in March, is accompanied by a video shot in Austin, Texas following their appearance at this year's SXSW Festival.
Currently in Europe on a headline tour, the band are set for a busy summer playing festivals around the globe, including appearances at Glastonbury, T in the Park and Reading / Leeds in the UK, Splendour In The Grass in Australia and Lollapalooza in the US.

Rat Boy: Debut Single 'Sign On'
After building an underground following after uploading his self-released debut EP 'The Mixtape' and touring as guest to Circa Waves, Rat Boy - AKA teenage producer / writer / multi-instrumentalist Jordan Cardy - will release his debut single 'Sign On' which impacts on June 1st, via Hometown Records.
'Sign On' is a state-of-the-nation anthem for those who have also experienced similar tales of lost jobs, empty bank accounts and being "young, dumb and living off mum." Sonically, 'Sign On' is contrastingly uplifting as it mixes an anarchic sense of melody with ramshackle beats and Rat Boy's character-fuelled raps.
'Sign On' is a single which is indicative of Rat Boy's style, in which his home-grown rhymes paint a lyrical dissertation of suburban Britain. It's a place in which stepping onto public transport is akin to entering a battlefield: a land of wannabe gangsters, muggings and sportswear casualties.
Although 'Sign On' is a co-production with James Dring, Rat Boy plans to produce everything else himself; he feels that co-writes would dilute his style; plans to continue to create all artwork himself (inspirations include skateboarding artist Mark Gonzales and Snoop Dogg associate Darryl 'Joe Cool' Daniels) as well as the accompanying music videos; and he has formed a band in which he's joined by three friends.

Jesse Rose & Claude VonStroke: BBC Radio 1 Essential New Tune
Jesse Rose & Claude VonStroke team up for 'Bare Mountain' (A-Sided), chosen by Pete Tong at BBC Radio 1 as his 'Essential New Tune'.
"I've known Barclay for over ten years and before anything else we're good mates. In this time I've remixed for Dirtybird and he's remixed for my labels, I've played his parties all the way from the infamous San Francisco park BBQs and he's come to both Panoramabar and Watergate to play for me. When Barclay started Dirtybird, I called him straight away to say how happy I was someone else was putting out tracks I could play... and I guess the rest is history... 10 years of it! Not long ago we got together for the day for a social and ended up making 'Bare Mountain.' After some club testing and minor tweaks, here we are."
Jesse Rose"I have been friends with Jesse Rose since the first year I started releasing music. My wife and kids consider him part of the family. He has always been an incredible confidant and a great person to talk with about ideas and strategies. I remember playing Jesse's 'A-Sided' track when it was the hottest thing out. I was playing in the lobby of a bad hotel in Miami for 4 people and i was lucky to get that gig. So it's a pleasure to be on A-SIDED001 because I feel its like making a mark in the road as to how far I've come. It's been quite a while since I released anything original outside of Dirtybird, probably 9 years in fact. Jesse came over to my house and this one just clicked in right away. The easy ones are always the best ones."

Dantiez Saunderson: New EP 'A Place Called Home'
As the son of house and techno legend Kevin Saunderson, it is no surprise the Dantiez evidently has a natural gift for production, having himself said "no doubt my father was a huge influence. Watching him in the studio, when I was growing up, was amazing". For the title Dantiez collaborates with KPD, the Spanish DJ who has gained residencies across the globe and released across big labels such as KMS, Pacha Recordings and now Defected. 'Place Called Home' features the soulful vocals of LaRae Starr, her vocal is dominant and has a sound that definitely reaches back to older house records.
The track has a rolling baseline and melodic tune that paired with the vocal add a real musicality to the club track. The release also features a remix by Kevin Saunderson, whose Deep Edit Dub makes only slight variations to the original, making it slightly deeper making it more bass-driven. The final track on this release, 'The Harp', is more relaxed than 'Place Called Home'. The track is again vocal, but less dance floor oriented, with the harp-like sounds giving the track a more tranquil feel.'Place Called Home' is out now.

Darius: New 'Helios' EP
One of the most exciting young talents to emerge from France, DJ / producer Darius releases new single 'Helios', the title track from his forthcoming similarly titled EP out on Roche Musique this April 20th.
From his remixes of Flight Facilities, Bondax and MO racking up millions of hits online to performing alongside such electronic heavyweights as Ben Pearce, Cyril Hahn and Superdiscount, 2014 has been a life-changing year for the producer. Already well-known in his native France for his progressive emotive productions due to last year's critically adored EP 'Romance', Darius manages to perfectly marry the up-tempo rhythms of disco and funk with euphoric house rhythms that are simply breath-taking. Arriving just in time for spring, new track 'Helios' is a mellow soul-laden slice of house that cements Darius as one of most exciting new talents to watch out for this year.
